The equipment produced complies with national standards and is favored and recognized by users in the market. The following are the detailsHeadspace analyzer for volatile organic compounds in cigarette packsDetailed analysis of price, usage method, instrument structure, and service system:
1. Scope of application of reference standards and analytical methods
The tobacco industry standard YC263-2008 mainly applies this method to the detection of 16 organic volatile substances such as benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, ethanol, isopropanol, acetone, cyclohexanone, ethyl acetate, propyl acetate, butyl acetate, isopropyl acetate, and propylene glycol methyl ether in cigarette packs, inks, coatings, and adhesives.
2. Method principle
The volatile organic compounds in cigarette trademark paper mainly come from solvent residues generated during the printing process. When the content is too high, it will have a negative impact on the taste of cigarettes. For this purpose, we conducted a methodological study on volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in cigarette trademark paper. The headspace gas chromatography method was used to determine the residual volatile organic compound solvents in tobacco industry standard YC263-2008 cigarette strips and packaging paper. Based on the peak area of the substance and the concentration of the standard sample, the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis
